Hi

My name is Daniel, and along with my group mates Peter, Shuyan, Jiayu and Samantha, we are students in NUS who are currently writing a term paper for our one of modules JS2230, Food in Japan. Based on the requirements set forth, we are writing about a particular Japanese food product in Singapore. What we have chosen to focus our term paper on, is to show how Doriyaki, as a food product has been assimilated and adapted into the food culture here in Singapore overtime.

As we understand Doriyaki is among the food items being sold at Yamakawa Super, we hope you would not mind answering some of the following questions:

1) What are some of the reasons why Yamakawa Super chooses to open business in Singapore

1 ) what types of doriyaki Yamakawa Super sells?

2) why does Yamakawa Super sell doriyaki?

3) How much Doriyaki do you sell a day?

4) Do you think Dorayaki is well recieved by Singaporeans? Or is it bought more by Japanese? Why? Is Doraemon one of the reasons?

5) what future plans does Yamakawa Super have for Doriyaki?

It would be good if you could email me the answers @ danielfoo85@hotmail.com

Many thanks!
Daniel Foo
