My name is Daniel, and along with my group mates Peter, Shuyan, Jiayu and Samantha, we are students in NUS who are currently writing a term paper for our one of modules JS2230, Food in Japan. Based on the requirements set forth, we are writing about a particular Japanese food product in Singapore. What we have chosen to focus our term paper on, is to show how Doriyaki, as a food product has been assimilated and adapted into the food culture here in Singapore overtime.
As we understand Doriyaki is among the food items being sold at Yamakawa Super, we hope you would not mind answering some of the following questions:
